Returns policy
At TraceyMcKaneArt, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This returns policy outlines your rights and responsibilities regarding returns. As an artist based in Belfast, Northern Ireland, I create original artworks sold directly from my studio to you. If, for any reason, you are not entirely happy with your artwork, please read the following guidelines.
14-day cancellation period
If you are not happy with the artwork you received, you have the right to cancel up to 14 days after you have received it. Please notify me of your wish to cancel within this timeframe.
The artwork should be returned to me in its original packaging in good condition.
Return postage responsibility
You, the customer, are responsible for the cost of the return postage. Please use the same postal service as was used to send the artwork to you.
